Payment
All orders are payable in advance. You can pay by credit card in complete security with France Telecom's PAYBOX system or send us a cheque or bank transfer in euros made payable to :

You can also ask for confirmation of your order by fax or E.mail. If the merchandise ordered is no longer available, you will be reimbursed immediately.
Cost of post and packaging to be added to your order
4 € for mainland France
12 € for all other destinations
Delivery
Your order will be processed immediately, subject to availability, and passed to our transporter within 48 hours for the majority of articles, 7 days for tapestry canvases.
In the event that we are forced to exceed these delays, you will be informed by fax or E.mail within 48 hours.
All orders are dispatched by post and will be delivered within 4 to 12 days depending on the country of destination.
Customs duty - Taxes
As you select your articles you can consult your "shopping basket" which will indicate the price, delivery charges and taxes included. For members of the European Community the VAT will be paid by our company according to the regulation.
Outside of the EEC, non member countries accept certain importations tax free when the merchandise is of limited value and destined for personal use.
Please contact your local customs service for information about duty and taxes that you could be asked to pay.
Your guarantee : satisfied or reimbursed
You have a delay of 7 days from delivery in which to return any articles for exchange or refund. This service is free, apart from delivery and return costs which are not refundable. This guarantee does not apply to articles made especially to your requirements such as zip fasteners made to measure, cut lengths of ribbon, braid and all types of pre-cut fabrics.
All our merchandise conforms to regulation standards and is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects.
In compliance with the legislation, you have the right to access and rectification of data information concerning you.
